This project involved a new extension and refurbishment of a commercial property located in the heart of the Windsor Conservation Area. Samuel James Project Management was engaged from the beginning to select and appoint an architect who could fulfill the client’s specific design brief. We played an integral role throughout the entire process, including the initial design and planning stages, the tender process, and the construction phase, all the way to the completion of this ground-floor extension and internal refurbishment.
