Maple House is a contemporary eco home built for a self-build client. It utilizes traditional construction methods while incorporating air-tightness principles to create an energy-efficient residence. The house features an air source heat pump for heating, a heat recovery system, air conditioning, solar panels, and three-phase battery storage. Inside, it boasts a high specification with Lutron lighting and a fully integrated Savant System to control audio, lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation, and shading.
