We are excited to present a contemporary new build designed for a self-build client. Cosy Cottage is an eco-friendly timber-framed home featuring an air source heat pump for efficient whole-house heating, solar panels, and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) system. The interior boasts a home automation system, allowing seamless control of lighting, audio-visual equipment, heating, cooling, and security.
