Single Delivery of Service

Once a consultation or service is provided (via video call, online session, email, or any other medium), it will not be repeated again. For availing the service again, a fresh payment is required to be made.

Time Zone Policy

All consultations, sessions, and service timings will  follow  the local time zone of the United Kingdom (UK).

Mode of Communication

  • Our official correspondence, responses, and follow-ups will also be conducted exclusively via email.
  • We do not guarantee responses through any other communication channels

Disputes & Final Authority

In case of any dispute, dissatisfaction, or disagreement regarding services availed, the final decision will rest solely with our organization / consultants. Clients agree to abide by the decision as binding and final.
